Write to the desk

The desk answers questions about the catalogue itself. Anything about an order lives with the retailer who took it, and never passes through here.

What the desk can answer

Corrections first, because those are worth the most. A weight limit that reads wrong, a piece filed under a stage it does not belong in, a photograph showing the wrong model, a link that goes nowhere, a sentence that says something a parent would act on and should not.

Questions about the sorting are welcome too. Why a piece sits under sitting up rather than propped, why a swing and a bouncer end up in different sections, what a note means when it says the maker prints no age band.

What the desk cannot answer

Order status, tracking, a part that never made it into the carton, a damaged box, a delivery address that needs changing, money back on something already bought. None of that touches this catalogue, and the desk has no window into any of it.

Those questions go to the retail partner whose listing took the order, from the account the order was placed on. That is the only place with the order number, and the order number is what moves any of it forward.

Anything about the hardware itself, a cracked frame, a motor that stopped, a replacement pad, belongs to Kids II under the warranty printed in the manual.

How to reach it

Write to the address on this page. Corrections get read first. Please put the name of the piece, or the address of the page, somewhere near the top: the catalogue runs to over a hundred items and several of them look alike.

The short version

  • Corrections about a page: the desk.
  • Order, box, tracking, money back: the retailer who took the order.
  • Cracked frame, dead motor, missing pad: Kids II under warranty.

Where letters go

Ingenuity catalogue
412 Locust Avenue, Suite 3
Charlottesville, VA 22902

That is a desk, not a shop. There is no showroom behind the door, no bouncer to sit a baby in, no counter to walk up to. Please don’t send a parcel there either: anything going back travels through the retail partner that handled the order. Letters reach us fine.

Three questions about the child, the room, and the kind of thing, and the catalogue prints what is left standing.
