Reading and quoting
The pages are here to be read and linked to. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine. Lifting the catalogue wholesale to stand up a copy of it is not, and the photographs belong to the manufacturer and its retailers rather than to this site.
Prices and availability age
Every price shown is a copy taken on the day this catalogue was built. Retail prices move weekly, and stock moves faster. The figure on the retailer’s page at checkout is the real one, and if the two disagree, the retailer is right.
The same goes for a piece that has quietly gone out of production. A page here may outlive the thing it describes by a season.
The notes carry no warranty
The write ups are careful and they are still just write ups. Specifications get revised, a model number gets reused for a slightly different frame, and a listing gets edited without telling anyone. Check the detail that matters to you on the listing and in the manual before you rely on it.
Not safety or medical guidance
Nothing here is advice about a particular child. Weight limits, age bands and harness notes are repeated from the manufacturer, and the printed instructions that ship with the piece outrank every sentence on this site.
Questions about a child’s development, positioning, or how long they should spend in a seat belong with a pediatrician, not with a catalogue.
Trademarks and links out
Ingenuity and Kids II are the trademarks of their owner and are used here to say which gear is being described. This catalogue is independent of both.
Buttons on these pages lead to a retail partner. Their terms cover everything that happens after the click, and this catalogue is not a party to that order.
