Proper Positioner Deluxe High Chair

NewbornBefore sitting upSitting upOn the move

A metal and plastic frame holds a full-size high chair that breaks down into several configurations. Ingenuity added a detachable infant seat that rocks on the floor, plus booster options for dining chairs. The neutral Parker fabric wipes down quickly after messy meals.

Reading the piece

  • Removable rocking seat The upper infant seat unclips from the main frame to rest on the floor as a rocker. It lets you carry a newborn between rooms without lugging the entire metal base along.
  • Full-tilt seat frame The backrest tilts fully back for bottle feeds before babies can sit upright without support. Once meals move to solids, the chair shifts upright to align with the tray or table.
  • Adjustable footrest The footrest adjusts through multiple positions so growing legs do not dangle. It helps older babies steady themselves while learning to feed independently with a spoon.
  • Washable seat pad Both the removable pad and the newborn insert pull off the plastic shell for a cycle in the washing machine. Spills on the smooth harness straps wipe clean with a wet cloth.

What buyers wrote about this one

“After researching highchairs for far too long, I finally decided to try this one because the open box price was just too tempting! And I'm glad I did. Assembly is very easy. I love the newborn seat.”

Emily VanEenwyk, rated 5 out of 5

“I love this high chair and I’m so glad I chose it. I love that it has the bump in the actual seat so my baby doesn’t slide out and I’m not totally relying on the harness to keep him in. The harness is great!”

MSW, rated 5 out of 5

“Loving this item so much. My baby is currently 2 months and already getting good use out of it. I love that it grows with the child. Even though he doesn't really have good head control and can't sit on his own, the feature of being able to lean the seat back means that he can spend time with us at the dinner table and keeping us company and interactive without having to be held.”
