InLighten 5-Speed Electric Baby Swing for Infant
The seat swivels on the frame so you can change the swing direction without picking up the whole unit. An overhead mobile shines lights and holds hanging toys, while the base houses the speed controls, sounds, and timer. It runs on a USB cord and rolls on rear wheels when you need to clear the living room floor.
Prices are what the catalogue last saw and move without warning. The number on the retailer page is the one that counts.
Reading the piece
- Swivel seat hub The seat turns on its central post to face different directions. You can switch between a side to side glide and a front to back swing without moving the base legs on the floor.
- Overhead light mobile A top dome shines light patterns down toward the seat while dangling soft toys. It gives a baby overhead objects to track with their eyes while the seat stays in motion.
- Plug-in power cord The swing runs on an included USB cord, so you do not burn through sets of heavy batteries. You will need to supply your own wall plug adapter near the outlet.
- Rolling frame base The wide plastic frame includes back wheels and a handle grip. Tilt the frame back slightly to roll the whole assembly from the kitchen to the living room between uses.

Worth a second look
- Nobody has rated this one on the retailer listing yet, so there is no score on this card and none in the picker either.
- The limit is 20 lb, which many babies reach well before the first birthday. Buy it for the months you have, not for the year.
- Rated across three of the four stages here, which is why it costs what it costs and why it is worth checking the folded size before buying.
