Anyway Sway Portable Foldable Baby Swing & Infant Seat
The frame stays put while the seat turns to swing side to side or front to back. When swinging is not needed, the bucket clicks into place as a stationary vibrating seat. It folds flat for closet storage and runs off a USB cable.
Prices are what the catalogue last saw and move without warning. The number on the retailer page is the one that counts.
Reading the piece
- Rotating seat bucket The seat turns on its base so the swing moves in different directions without dragging the legs across the floor. A lock underneath turns the swinging bucket into a still seat with gentle vibration.
- Touch control panel A smooth control pad changes melodies, nature sounds, and volume without loud mechanical clicks. Timers let the motion run for a set stretch before shutting down on its own.
- Flat folding frame The metal tubing collapses down for stashing behind a door or sliding into a car trunk. That smaller footprint helps when floor space is tight in an apartment living room.
- Washable fabric pad The plush fabric seat pad and infant headrest pull off the frame for a run through the washing machine. Hard plastic parts and the toy bar wipe down with a damp cloth.

Worth a second look
- Needs Plug-in or batteries. Batteries are rarely in the box, and a motor that has to be fed is the part people forget when they compare it to a bouncer that costs nothing to run.
- The limit is 20 lb, which many babies reach well before the first birthday. Buy it for the months you have, not for the year.
- Rated across three of the four stages here, which is why it costs what it costs and why it is worth checking the folded size before buying.
